TAXI FARES TO INCREASE

From March 25th there will be an adjustment to the starting and 'per-km' fares of all Changsha taxis. It has been announced that the meter start rate will be 8-Yuan during the day and at night up to 10 Yuan.
Vehicle kilometer price: during the day 2.0 Yuan increase and at night (22:00--5:30) a rate of 2.4 Yuan per kilometer. There is to be no fuel surcharge (previously at 0.5yuan).
