NOISE READER INSTALLED IN CHANGSHA PARK

On January 15, Xiaoyuan Park, a noise detector electronic screen was installed to help in the control of noise pollution most notably from nearby dancing groups and other annoyances that have caused recent problems in communities. Staff did a demo by clapping hands at reporters to demonstrate that the machine is functioning properly.
