FIRE AT NINGXIANG FACTORY causes pollution

According to a report by environmental campaign group Green Hunan, there was a recent fire at a factory near to Ningxiang, west of Changsha, in which considerable river pollution was caused.
The Green Hunan team arrived to find the fire being brought under control and when they conducted their own nearby river tests, acid was found in the nearby river Wei. Green Hunan is investigating further.
