24-HOUR LIBRARY OPENS UP

On March 20th, a brand new 24-hour self-service free and open to the public library began operations.
After months of renovation and expansion, the self-service library increased it's area by 2.5 times and now has double the books on offer.
Hunan Library's 24-hour self-service has been going since 2012's "4.23 World Book Day". This has helped Hunan Library to modernise and keep up with the time.
